Q: Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! We’ve shipped to over 200+ countries and love adding more to the list!

 

Q: Is there any order and shipping confirmation?

Yes. You will receive confirmation once your order is made. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you afterwards.

 

Q: How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Tracking numbers will be emailed 2-5 days after placing your order.

We strive to ship all items on time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for a full refund or reshipment.

 

Q: Who is your shipping provider?

Our shipping providers are DHL, USPS, Hermes, and US Gofo. It always depends on your location.

 

Q: My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email. Note that shipping activity can take up to 7 days to update.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?

Of course. We offer an extended 90-days guarantee! 

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at support@runnerbaggy.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@runnerbaggy.com.

3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption - nice!

 

Q: Where can I enter my discount code?

You will enter it at the check out.

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
